Shipping Policy

We realize how important your purchase is to you. This is why we are quick to ship all orders. Here's how it works:

  • Same Day Processing – All purchases paid for by 10am (Pacific Standard Time) ship out the same day.

  • Next Day Processing – All purchases paid for after 10am (Pacific Standard Time) ship out the following business day.

  • Small Items – Usually ship with USPS.

  • Large Items – Usually ship with Fed Ex Ground.

  • Tracking  – We provide tracking and delivery confirmation with all purchases.

  • Insurance –Every purchase is shipped fully insured.

  • Shipping Cost - We strive to provide our customers with a competitive shipping rate. This is why we offer a flat rate shipping cost on all items regardless of location (Lower 48-States).

  • Domestic Order Transit Time - Arrive within 1 - 5 business days.

  • International Order Transit Time - Arrive within 3 - 10 business days.


Return Policy

CMC offers a friendly and fair Return Policy. If you don’t like it send it back.

Time Frame – CMC offers 30-day Return Policy.

Item Condition – Return items must be in the exact same condition as they were when we shipped them. 

Shipping Cost – The original shipping cost will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with sending their item back.

Shipping Insurance – CMC isn't responsible for returns that get damaged in transit back to us. For this reason we recommend you insure the return for the original purchase price.

Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) – Contact CMC Customer Care at customercare@cmc-motorsports.com to obtain an RMA number prior to returning an item. Write the RMA Number on the outside of the box. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your RMA Number. Returns received without an RMA Number will be returned to sender.

Packaging – Use the original box and packing materials to ship your return. If your return is not properly packaged and is damaged in transit, CMC reserves the right to decline your return or charge a restock fee up to 25%. Good packaging will avoid this. 

Physical Inspection – CMC will conduct a Physical Inspection on all returned items to confirm returned items are in the same condition as when we shipped them. CMC will not accept returns on damaged or mistreated items. 

Return Process

  • Email CMC Customer Care for an RMA Number within 30-days of your purchase.

  • Package the return with the original packaging and write the RMA Number on the outside of the box.

  • Make sure to insure the return for the full value of the purchase and ship your return back to us.

  • We will issue your refund within 24 hours after receiving your return.
