• Please submit your custom design as a high-resolution vector file (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG) or a high-resolution image file (.PNG, .JPG).
• Max file size: 10 MB

For text-based designs, we recommend a character limit of 20 characters to ensure legibility and optimal engraving or cutting results.

Please note that designs containing registered trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material (such as brand logos) can only be accepted if you provide proof of ownership or permission for use. We are unable to replicate any trademarked logos or designs without proper authorization.

• Before we proceed with production, we will provide you with a digital proof of your custom design. You must approve this proof via email or phone.
• Once approved, no further changes can be made, and production will begin.

• Avoid designs that are too intricate or contain extremely fine details, as these may not translate well onto the backplate.
• We reserve the right to reject any designs that do not meet our quality standards or violate copyright laws.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
