Thank you for your interest in our El Rey Backrest Direct To Dealer Program.
Direct To Dealer Requirements
***Applicants must be an actual dealership or shop to qualify for the Direct to Dealer Program. Applicants must provide pictures of the following documents:
- Valid state issued Re-Sellers Tax Permit.
- Valid state issued Business License.
- Valid state issued ID.
- Address of your dealership or shop (Residential Addresses cannot be used with our Direct to Dealer Program)
Minimum Order and Dealer Pricing
This information will be communicated once your application is approved.
Dealer Payments and Shipping
- Orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
- All items are in stock, unless otherwise mentioned it the item title.
- Most orders ship same day if ordered by 1pm (Pacific Time)
Retail Pricing
MAP pricing applies to all CMC parts sold with the Direct To Dealer Program. Please refer to your purchase invoice or our CMC website for retail prices.
Online Sales
The Direct To Dealer Program is intended for local in person sales only. Dealers may not sell CMC El Rey parts online. CMC Motorsports maintains the exclusive rights to sell El Rey online, unless otherwise permitted by CMC Motorsports Corp.
Online Promoting
CMC Direct to Dealers may promote their business online and on social media as an authorized CMC Motorsports Dealers.
Shipping
Dealers are responsible for the shipping cost associated with shipping their orders. This shipping cost is in addition to the purchase price.
