Custom Backplate Design Guidelines
To ensure the best results, please review and follow the guidelines below:
1. Design Dimensions & File Format
- Please submit your custom design as a high-resolution vector file (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG) or a high-resolution image file (.PNG, .JPG).
- Max file size: 10 MB
2. Character Limit
- For text-based designs, we recommend a character limit of 20 characters to ensure legibility and optimal engraving or cutting results.
3. Trademark & Copyright Information
- Please note that designs containing registered trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material (such as brand logos) can only be accepted if you provide proof of ownership or permission for use. We are unable to replicate any trademarked logos or designs without proper authorization.
4. Approval Process
- Before we proceed with production, we will provide you with a digital proof of your custom design. You must approve this proof via email or phone.
- Once approved, no further changes can be made, and production will begin.
5. Custom Design Restrictions
- Avoid designs that are too intricate or contain extremely fine details, as these may not translate well onto the backplate.
- We reserve the right to reject any designs that do not meet our quality standards or violate copyright laws.
